"It takes a village to raise a child"

The Assiniboine North Parent Child Coalition (ANPCC) occasionally offers grants to individual groups that support parent and child programs and activities. These activities would focus on culturally appropriate parenting and family supports, nutrition and physical activity, literacy and community capacity building.

Applications for grants are based on criteria in accordance with the coalitions mission and the Healthy Child Manitoba parent child assessment criteria. Funding will be dependent upon the availability of funds, the fit to the criteria in relation to community need and relevance to the Healthy Child vision.
